International Shipping & Customs Policy

At Chilena Cossas, we process international shipments and include all required export documentation, such as commercial invoices and shipment details, to ensure proper dispatch from the United States.

Please note the following terms:

• Customer Responsibility:
  All customs clearance procedures in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Documentation Provided:
  We provide all necessary documentation required for exporting the order from the United States. Any additional documentation required by the destination country must be handled by the customer.
• Duties and Taxes:
  Any import duties, taxes (including VAT), customs fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• No Control Over Customs Processes:
  Chilena Cossas has no control over customs procedures in the destination country and cannot influence, expedite, or modify such processes.
• Held, Rejected, or Returned Shipments:
  If a shipment is held, rejected, or returned due to the customer’s failure to complete required customs procedures or provide requested information, Chilena Cossas shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or additional costs incurred.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for complying with the import regulations of the destination country.
